This User-generated Content (UGC) Disclaimer applies to all Content posted by users on webPunk, including but not limited to posts, messages, profile grids, usernames, Collectibles, in-game communications, and interactions with the AI persona.

This UCG Disclaimer is part and parcel of our Terms of Service and terms used in this Disclaimer are used with the same meaning as in our Terms of Service.

No Endorsement or Guarantee

webPunk does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, integrity, or legality of any user-generated Content. All UGC is the sole responsibility of the user who submitted it. Any views or opinions expressed by users do not reflect our views, the views of our affiliates, or partners.

You acknowledge that:

• you may be exposed to UGC that is inaccurate, offensive, or objectionable;
• we are not liable for any harm or loss arising from exposure to or reliance on UGC;
• we do not routinely monitor all user Content and do not pre-screen most submissions.

Limited Review of Boosted Content

Content that is submitted for Amplification is subject to manual review for compliance with our Terms. However, even when approved, we do not assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such Content.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• ensuring that the Content you submit complies with all applicable laws, rights of third parties, and our platform's policies;
• backing up your Content where appropriate; understanding that even deleted Content may persist in backups or blockchain-based records.

Users should not rely on us for the long-term storage, retrieval, or preservation of their submissions.

Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in the Content you submit. However, by submitting Content to webPunk, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, transmit, and use such Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the platform.

This license continues until the Content is removed by you or by us in accordance with our policies. However, where Content has been made public, copied, or recorded (e.g., via blockchain), we cannot guarantee full erasure.

No Duty to Monitor

We do not undertake any general obligation to monitor user Content. However, we reserve the right to:

• remove or restrict Content that violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable law;
• respond to reports or legal notices regarding infringing or harmful Content;
• retain Content where legally required.
