This AI Disclaimer provides information about the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies within the webPunk platform operated by AE Labs Inc. ("we", "us" or "our"), including our AI persona, machine girl, and our AI creation tools (such as image and video generation, remixes, avatar and profile pictures, 3D worlds, and AI-assisted writing and translation) used across our Website and App.

This AI Disclaimer is part and parcel of our Terms of Service and terms used in this Disclaimer are used with the same meaning as in our Terms of Service.

By using webPunk's AI features, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this AI Disclaimer.

How Our AI Features Work

machine girl is an AI, not a person. Her replies, and the media our creation tools produce, are generated by third-party AI models from your instructions and the context you provide. To produce them, your prompts, messages, voice (during a call with machine girl) and any reference images you upload are sent to our AI providers, including xAI, OpenAI, Google, fal.ai, ElevenLabs and Meshy, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Prompts, reference images and generated media pass through automated safety checks run by us and our providers, which may block a request or a result. Some features cost Volts, as shown before you confirm.

Limitations

machine girl is designed for helpful, conversational interaction, and our creation tools are designed to produce media from your instructions, but they:

• does not provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.);
• may produce inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate responses;
• may reflect biases present in its training data or external API responses;
• should not be relied upon for critical decision-making.

Use of machine girl and other AI features is at your own discretion and risk.

No Liability for AI Outputs

We are not responsible for any harm or loss resulting from your reliance on information or responses generated by AI used within webPunk. The content produced by machine girl or any other AI integration is:

• not guaranteed to be correct, complete, or up-to-date;
• not a substitute for human judgment;
• not reviewed by a person before you see it, although automated safety checks apply.

User Responsibility

By interacting with AI features, you:

• accept that AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate or appropriate;
• agree not to use AI-generated content in unlawful or harmful ways;
• understand that your inputs and conversations are processed by our AI providers and stored as described in our Privacy Policy;
• confirm that you have the rights to any image you upload, including permission from the people shown in it.
