Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") apply to all parts of the webPunk platform operated by AE Labs Inc. ("we", "us" or "our"), including the social network, online game, and interacting with the AI persona, across our Website and App.
These Guidelines are part and parcel of our Terms of Service and terms used in these Guidelines are used with the same meaning as in our Terms of Service.
Violations of these Guidelines may lead to warnings, Content removal, feature limitations, or account termination. Repeated or serious violations may be escalated to legal authorities where required by law.

Respect Others
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Hate speech, slurs, and Content promoting discrimination are not allowed.
- Do not encourage, glorify, or promote violence, self-harm, or suicide.
Keep It Legal
- Do not share or promote illegal Content, including but not limited to pirated material, non-consensual imagery, or terrorist or extremist Content.
- Do not use webPunk to engage in or promote unlawful activities, including fraud, scams, or money laundering.
- All Wallet and Collectibles-related activities must comply with local law. webPunk does not provide regulated financial services.
Uphold Child Safety
- Do not describe, create, post, share, promote, or link child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- We have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sexual communication with minors, and any request for or sharing of sexual images of a person under 18.
- If you encounter or suspect CSAM or CSAE on webPunk, report it to support@ael.org. Any confirmed material will be removed immediately.

Play Fair
- Do not buy, make, distribute, or promote cheats for our game.
Authentic Participation
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- Multiple Accounts created to evade bans or manipulate webPunk are not allowed.
Content Standards
- Content must not contain graphic violence or sexual exploitation.
- Nudity or sexual Content is allowed only if artistic or educational, and never involving minors.
- Content promoting misinformation, conspiracy theories, or false claims in a harmful context may be restricted or removed.
- Amplified Content must meet platform-wide standards for public visibility and may be rejected.
Platform Integrity
- Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems.
- Do not use our platform to distribute malware, phishing schemes, or unauthorized advertising (spam).
- Respect the limits of our systems and APIs. We reserve the right to suspend any usage that violates our technical or security standards.
Protect Privacy
- Do not publish private or confidential information (e.g., addresses, ID documents) of others.
- Respect other users' data and communication privacy, including chat encryption.
Youth Safety
- The platform is not intended for individuals under 18.
- Any attempt to exploit, harm, or endanger minors will result in immediate reporting to law enforcement.
AI Interactions
- Do not use machine girl to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal Content.
Enforcement and Appeals
- We reserve the right to take appropriate enforcement actions, including post removals and account suspensions, if you breach these Guidelines.
- To report harmful or prohibited Content, or if your Content is removed or your Account is restricted, you may contact us at support@ael.org.
